Information collected: Email, optional username, request category, message, acknowledgement version, date/time, locale, and—when signed in—the WordPress account ID. For abuse prevention, the plugin uses a short-lived keyed fingerprint derived from the submitted email and connection address; it does not store the raw address in its form records.
Purpose: To respond, verify account context, administer lawful access, prevent abuse, maintain service security, and handle privacy-rights requests.
Legal basis: Depending on the applicable jurisdiction: steps taken at your request, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required.
Recipients and transfers: Authorized KJA administrators and the hosting, email, security, and delivery providers necessary to operate and protect the service. Those providers may process standard technical connection logs under their own controlled retention. Cross-border processing may occur and must remain subject to appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.
Retention: The plugin does not archive the message body in WordPress. Routine mailbox correspondence should be deleted within 180 days after the matter is closed, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a documented legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute hold requires longer retention.
Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Automated decisions: The form does not make access decisions or profile political beliefs. MKMPRIC approval, rejection, and revocation remain human administrative decisions inside the authenticated access workflow.
Confidentiality boundary: KJA treats support correspondence as restricted administrative information. Email is not an end-to-end confidential evidence channel, and this correspondence is not attorney-client privileged or medical confidentiality. Do not submit highly sensitive evidence.
